A. For security reasons, the gate to the "Shonai Peninsula Olive Garden" is always closed. Please open and close the gate yourself when entering and leaving the garden.
(The gate is unlocked and can be opened and closed at any time.)
B. A note for guests staying from late June to mid-July:
The area is surrounded by nature, so insects may be present. Termites may appear at the end of the rainy season (late June to mid-July).
(e.g., on hot and humid days following rain).
Although we are taking measures such as sealing gaps in the facility and applying insect repellents at all times, they cannot be completely prevented, so they may enter the rooms.
Although the insects are harmless to humans, if you find them, please use insecticide or vacuum the room.
(1) Do not open or close doors at night if possible, as they will enter when windows and doors are opened.
If the room is closed off, they will rarely come in, even if they are in large numbers outdoors.
(2) They will come by the lights in the room, so please use roll curtains or turn off the lights early.
(Please use a bed light, etc., as they will not come close to the room if the lights are off.)
(3) Insecticides are available under the sink.
Vacuum cleaners are located near the refrigerator.

- Hyoubou(Cottage Name) is a "Vacation Rental" type pension, which is limited to two groups per day.

Check-in procedure
After making a reservation, you will receive a 6-digit number from us.
After entering the necessary information, a 4-digit number will be issued.
Please refer to the images below for detailed instructions.
For reservations made through Rakuten Travel, Vacation Rental, and airbnb, the email address will be issued manually after we confirm your email address.
For reservations made through other reservation sites, the code will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you entered when you made your reservation.
If you have not received your 6-digit code, please contact us.
- The property of Hyoubou is located in a village and olive grove.
Therefore, outdoor conversations can be heard in the surrounding area.
During the daytime, there is no problem, but please do not talk loudly, play music, or do anything that makes noise (fireworks, etc.) outdoors after 9:00 p.m.
However, there is no problem indoors as the rooms are soundproofed to a certain degree.
Use of Firearms
The area surrounding the bbP is a mountain forest.
Therefore, the use of firearms outdoors is strictly prohibited.
In particular, please refrain from using fireworks, as they make a lot of noise.
Those who violate this rule will be asked to leave the premises regardless of the reason.
For BBQ, we will provide tools in advance only for those who apply here in advance.

Please do not bring your own BBQ utensils.

BBQ is available only when you use the BBQ equipment we provide, as described in 3.
(Rental fee is 3,000 yen per day.)
However, please be sure to make your request at least one day in advance, as we need to prepare the gas.
We may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of the event.
